Beneficial Insect Release
Maintaining a population of beneficial insects is important to manage an imbalance of insect pest populations. Beneficial insects consume large numbers of undesirable insects. Though they can be released anytime from spring to fall, using beneficial insects in the spring before the unwelcome pest insect populations get out of control is the most adventitious and economical use of this pest management.
Moore Life utilizes a variety of beneficial insect species, mainly Trichogramma wasps and Ladybugs. Trichogramma wasps are tiny parasitizing insects which are aggressive controls for aphids, caterpillars, and other insect eggs while Ladybug adults and larvae are voracious predators of aphids.
